Summer Turkeys!

Looking for fresh turkey before Thanksgiving? Or maybe a favorite part of the turkey to freeze for your Thanksgiving meal? We raised a small flock of our free range turkeys this summer and they will be ready at the end of July. A few folks purchase this fresh turkey to grind themselves for ground turkey. Our processor does not have the equipment to make ground turkey for us. These turkeys are available whole or by the piece. Our turkeys for Thanksgiving are only available whole.

You can pre-order at roeskefarms@comcast.net or just come to our farm on July 29th for any of our extra ones that will be available. THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO ORDER FOR THANKSGIVING, THANK YOU.

Whole $4.40/lb

1/2 breast $6.75/lb

2 thighs $6/lb

2 drumsticks $5/lb

2 wings $3.50/lb

Thanksgiving order will be taken starting on August 1st.
