Boiled/Baked Eggs

BOILING OUR EGGS:  If you  ever tried peeling a boiled egg that is farm fresh you may find it frustrating.  The shell sticks to the egg and part of the white comes off with the shell.  Making them rough looking especially for deviled eggs.  This is what how I “boil” them:

When you bake the egg in the oven the shell is much easier to peel.
Ingredients
  • 12 eggs still in their shell
  • 12 hole muffin tin
Instructions
  1. Put whole egg in shell in each hole
  2. Place pan in cold oven
  3. Turn oven on at 325 degrees
  4. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes
  5. Remove eggs with tongs and place in a bowl of ice water for 10 minutes.
  6. Peel and eat
  7. Refrigerate any uneaten eggs
